Missing LA
Just watched Collateral. And strangely, it evoked a peculiar sense of nostalgia for me. LA at night on the freeway, Michael Mann has a way of making the ugliest city in the world beautiful. And for once, my heart ached for LA, and ached for the nights on the freeway in LA.
And to think I've always thought LA as ugly and gross.
